Is this just a website?

AI can generate text; it does not automatically create a credible professional proof system.
Why does this cost more than creating a simple page myself?

Do you use AI?
Yes. AI supports analysis, structuring, drafting options, anti-generic wording checks, bilingual adaptation and recruiter-readability tests. It accelerates the process, but it does not control the final result. Positioning, fact selection, confidentiality decisions, tone, publication and updates remain human-reviewed and client-approved.
Do you guarantee job offers, recruiter contact, Google rankings or AI recommendations?
No. Proof Profile AI improves professional clarity, credibility and discoverability. It does not guarantee job offers, interviews, recruiter contact, Google rankings, inclusion in AI answers or AI-generated recommendations. The goal is to make your professional value clearer and easier to understand, not to promise outcomes outside the service’s control.
What is included in the annual managed service, and can I update the site later?
The annual managed service keeps the professional proof source technically stable and ready for controlled updates. Depending on the package, it may include hosting continuity, domain coordination, HTTPS checks, backup, basic link checks, CV replacement, minor text corrections, limited profile updates and basic SEO / AI-readability review. Minor updates can be handled through the annual managed service according to the selected package. Larger updates, new pages, new languages, redesigns or strategic repositioning are handled as separate quoted work.
Can I answer the intake by audio?
Yes. Audio intake can be useful when it is easier to explain complex projects verbally. Audio answers are treated as raw input. They are transcribed and structured into a written summary, and only the version you validate in writing is used for website drafting.
Who validates the information before publication?
You do. Proof Profile AI structures and rewrites the material professionally, but you remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the facts, documents and images you provide. Nothing is published before you review and approve the visible content.
What about confidentiality and sensitive information?
Confidentiality is part of the method. Employer, client, project, financial or internal details that should not be public must be clearly marked. The public profile should prove credibility without exposing sensitive information. If photo rights, logos or project details are unclear, the safer default is not to publish them.
